Double Layers/tanks Water Immersion/Bath Autoclave /Retort
Double Layers Water Immersion/Bath Autoclave /Retort has two same size tanks: Top tank and Bottom tank. Top tank is filled with water and heated and reach the preset temperature (for example 121 ℃) in advance. And when do the sterilization processing, the hot water will be poured into the bottom tank, and circulated between top tank and bottom tank and make a circulatory system under the stable condition of given temperature and pressure.
After the sterilization phase finished, the hot water in bottom tank will be pulled into top tank, and will be used to another sterilization processing for next batch food later. That saves a lot of energy to heat up the sterilization water.
Double Layers/tanks Water Immersion/Bath Autoclave /Retort use hot water as “Sterilization Media” to sterilize all kinds of tinned food and canned food-Ham Sausage, Soft Packed Meat Product, Egg Product, Dried Tofu, Plastic Bottle Milk Product, Beverage, Sauce, Bacon, Fruit Jam, and Vegetables etc.

1. Short time food sterilization processing
Heat up sterilization water to the required temperature in advance, the whole sterilization time can be reduced approx.5 minutes, and so work efficiency can be improved largely.
2. Heat distributed uniform & No any cold area.
All the packaged food will immersed in hot water, and the heat can be permeated from all the directions. There’s no possible chance for the cold area. This feature ensures all the packed food can be sterilized fully, and avoid the event of halfway sterilization.
3. Ensure the safety of package
By controlling in-and-out of compressed air, the counter pressure /back pressure can be perfectly adjusted at any time. This measure reduces the rate of package broken or damaged, and ensures the safety of various package.
4. Cooling fast and smoothly
During the cooling phase, it’s fast but very smoothly, avoid the heat-lash to packed food and the peculiar smell caused by high temperature sterilization,
5. Monitor F Value at any moment
With 2 pieces of “High Precision Temperature Sensing Probe” in the sterilization pot, both the F Value in the center of packaged food and the condition of Heat Distribution can be monitored at any moment, to know and control the Thermal Break-through situation clearly.
