About Project


     




Alloy silver contacts are electrical contacts made of a combination of silver and one or more other metals. Its properties are superior to pure silver, such as hardness, strength, and resistance to wear and corrosion.



 



The alloy is formed into the desired contact form, such as flat, rivet or button contacts. Various finishing processes such as polishing or plating are also available to improve the contact surface and performance.



 



HLC is good at processing all kinds of electrical contact components, and provides customized alloy silver contact manufacturing. The parts are mostly used in various electrical equipment, including switches, relays, connectors and other electrical components. 



 





To improve the physical and contact properties of fine silver, melt-metallurgical produced silver alloys are used. Usually HLC's silver electrical alloy contacts use the raw material of silver-nickel coils, which is 90% silver plus 10% nickel. It is then operated by a cold heading machine to make the silver alloy contacts we need.
